Content & Product Operations Lead

Own content operations, research workflows, publishing quality, and day-to-day product coordination across OneMoreCode's digital products. Work closely with founders, writers, developers, and product teams to keep operations organized, content accurate, and products continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day content and product operations.
  • Coordinate with writers, developers, designers, and other team members.
  • Plan and manage content publishing workflows and schedules.
  • Review content for accuracy, quality, structure, and completeness.
  • Research topics and identify opportunities for new content and product improvements.
  • Prepare product requirements, operational tasks, and clear feedback for the development team.
  • Test new features and identify bugs, content issues, and usability problems.
  • Maintain content standards, workflows, documentation, and operational checklists.
  • Track pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help improve internal processes as the company and its products grow.
  • Support product launches, updates, and ongoing content maintenance.
  • Take ownership of operational problems and coordinate their resolution.

Requirements & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, product operations, digital publishing, SaaS, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and task-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms, admin panels, spreadsheets, and web-based tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a technology startup or SaaS company.
  • Basic understanding of SEO.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or structured data.
  • Experience working with developers or product teams.
  • Previous team or workflow coordination experience.
  • Legal research/content experience is an advantage.
