For website visitors
Website use
You may browse, read, and link to this website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Information and service descriptions
Website content, service descriptions, timelines, examples, pricing references, and articles are provided for general information and may change without notice. A website description is not a binding offer. The specific scope, assumptions, deliverables, fees, milestones, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities for a project are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, lawful content, and decisions needed to keep a project moving. Delays, dependencies, or changes outside our control may affect delivery dates and fees.
Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, each party keeps ownership of materials it owned before an engagement. Ownership or licensing of newly created designs, code, content, and other deliverables transfers only as stated in the applicable project agreement and, where relevant, after agreed invoices are paid. We may use general skills, techniques, and reusable tools that do not contain a client's confidential information.
Confidentiality and third parties
Confidential information shared during a project will be handled according to the applicable agreement or, where no agreement exists, with reasonable care. Projects may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, or software licenses. Their availability, pricing, security, and terms are controlled by those providers.
Warranties and limitation of liability
We aim to provide professional, careful work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or a particular commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without implied warranties, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss unless the applicable written agreement or law provides otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website or business changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to website use. Project-specific terms always take priority where they conflict with this page. For enquiries, contact sales@1morecode.com.
