Yes! Most of our team works remotely from across India. We also have a collaborative hub in Hyderabad if you prefer working in-person or on a hybrid schedule. We care about clear communication and high-quality output, not physical seat time.
We respect your time. Our hiring process consists of 3 stages: an initial 30-min culture & chemistry chat, a 45-60 min practical technical discussion around real projects you've built, and a swift offer. We do not do arbitrary whiteboard algorithms or take-home tests that take days.
We move quickly. Typically, candidates receive feedback within 24 to 48 hours of each stage, and full offer decisions are made within a week of starting conversations.
